We received the "brown envelope!"

We had heard that we would receive a mysterious brown envelope from the US state department. We received it yesterday! It contains all of the forms that will have to be completed before our Hannah Ruth can become a US citizen. These are forms we will take to the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China. Another reminder that people on the other side of the world are engaged in our adoption process!
