Quick trip to the Beach

Richmond had a fall break from school, so at the last minute, Richmond, Hannah Ruth and I took a long weekend to visit Mama Dot (Rick's mom) at the beach. Richmond didn't feel like his summer was complete without a beach trip and Hannah Ruth had not yet visited the beach. An October trip is a little different because the beach is nearly deserted which I thought was great, but Richmond missed the opportunity to meet people (code word: girls) while there. Hannah Ruth liked the sand, loved the water, and enjoyed spending time with her Mama Dot. She loves purple and Mama Dot has purple flowers in her garden, so Hannah Ruth wanted to keep picking flowers and have her picture with them. We had a great time!
