Richmond's High School Graduation

Although this is primarily a blog about Hannah Ruth, we want to include the important family moments. On May 16, Richmond graduated high school. He graduated with two of his friends, Zach and Lauren. We were fortunate to have as our speaker Judge Sharion Aycock, the first female federal judge in Mississippi. These three home schooled friends have shared a great deal of life these past several years. The ceremony was such a blessing and marked not only an end to one era but a beginning of another. Hannah Ruth did not attend the ceremony, but she was at the reception at our home afterwards. She loves her di di (Richmond) so much and I think she is going to have quite a time when he leaves for college this fall. It was a great day! Many family and friends joined us in celebration.
