Our family, the Culps, adopted a daughter (sister) from China. We began this process in January of 2005 and were logged in to the China Center of Adoption Affairs on July 8, 2005. Hannah Ruth was put into our arms at "Gotcha Day" on September 18, 2006. We arrived home and she became an American citizen on September 27, 2006. She is a delight!
