Bummer!

Things are slowing down. Last July when our dossier was logged into China, the wait was 6-7 months. The last couple of months have had fewer than usual referrals. The China Center for Adoption Affairs is moving soon. Our agency (AWAA) says to now plan for a 9-10 month wait from LID. Before we were hoping for a referral the end of January and travel probably March. Now it looks more like an April/May referral, which would mean travel in June or July. The good news is that God is in control! It isn't easy to wait, but I have waited about 10 years, so I need to remember that a few more months will be very little in the long run!
