We are moving in the right direction!

This morning I read on the China Center of Adoption Affairs website: "The CCAA has finished the review of the adoption application documents registered with our office before July 31, 2005." What does that mean? It means that our dossier has been reviewed. It still may be several months before we actually receive a referral or it may be sooner. The point is that we cannot have a referral until our documents have been reviewed and now they have been, so referral will be the next step!
